Hiring the space includes:

Exclusive use of User Viewing facility.
A host to meet and greet participants, handle incentives and NDA signing, keep you and your clients / colleagues refreshed all day, and support you to make sure your day runs smoothly. If there is anything you need, just ask.
Combined recording of device screen and participant sent digitally the day after research.
Whiteboards, post-it notes, and stationery.

Live streaming so your clients can view the sessions remotely. Using a secure online service, our streaming technology allows viewing by an unlimited number of clients anywhere in the world.
Catering of your choice from a range of independent food suppliers across the city.
Viewing via two large screens which means you don’t have to sit in the dark and can have a conversation with the team while viewing research or usability testing sessions.
Lab booking service for other labs across the UK to support even larger research projects.
